Do we want to be victims of our circumstances or empower ourselves to make changes?
To begin with,
🔹Make a conscious decision as to how you want to handle your situation
🔹Reframe the perceptions of the new normal
🔹Yes.. stress cannot be avoided totally but use constructive coping skills
🔹Avoid dwelling on things which are out of control
🔹Helping others and asking for help.. whenever required is the key
🔹Helping others actually helps yourself because doing good feels good
🔹Use online counseling as an option to talk to a professional i.e. if your anxiety becomes unmanageable.
